Booking and Payments
Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payments: Payments must be made in full before the service date unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy or if TRI BESTWAY BUS fails to provide the service as agreed.
Responsibilities and Conduct
Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure timely arrival at the pickup location. TRI BESTWAY BUS is not responsible for delays caused by client late arrivals.
Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully. TRI BESTWAY BUS reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip without refund in case of disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Liability
Service Quality: TRI BESTWAY BUS is committed to providing reliable and safe transportation. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
Property Loss: TRI BESTWAY BUS is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
